Shop Hours
Fall Hours:
Monday–Friday, open 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Shop CLOSED Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Payment
Cash, checks, Cookie Dough, gift certificates, merchandise
credits, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
are accepted. Checks must include full name, valid address,
two phone numbers, and driver's license number.
Shop Services
- The shop will special order items from the official Girl Scout Catalog.
Payment for special orders is due at the time an order is placed.
- The shop will gather an order for you and hold it for five (5) business
days.
- The shop offers gift certificates for girls and adults. They can be purchased
in any amount and do not expire. Gift certificates cannot be replaced for
any reason.
- If you cannot make it to the shop during regular business hours and need
to make a purchase, call us to place an order and put it on your accepted
credit card. We can either mail it to you (shipping charges apply) or you
can pick it up after business hours. Call the shop for details.
Badge Center
ID strips, troop numbers, and flag patches are iron-on. All Try-Its and some Fun patches are also iron-on, but the Junior Badges and Interest Project patches are designed to be sewn on. They cannot be exchanged or returned if damaged. Sales and discounts do not apply to items in the badge center; they are sold at regular price at all times.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Exchanges and returns are accepted with a sales receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- Purchases made with troop checks can be exchanged or a shop credit will be issued.
- Refunds totaling $5 or less will be issued in cash at the time of the return.
- Refunds totaling more than $5 will be issued in the form of a check at the Councilçs next scheduled check run.
- All returned merchandise must have original tags attached and must not be used.
- All sales are final on discontinued merchandise.
Returned Check Policy
At no time will the Girl Scouts of Cahaba Council hold a check to be deposited at a later date; nor will we accept postdated checks. Checks received by us will be deposited with our bank within two (2) days of their receipt. All returned checks are processed through NexCheck Systems.
