It's Great to be a Girl Scout!
As a Daisy, Brownie, or Junior Girl Scout, you can participate in fun activities that challenge your mind and body.
Daisy Girl Scouts are 5-6 years old and are in kindergarten or first grade. Daisies learn how to work together and develop values as they play together and learn about Girl Scouts. Daisies can earn petals for learning about the Girl Scout Law. Sorry, Daisy Girl Scouts cannot sell Girl Scout Cookies.
Brownie Girl Scouts, ages 6-8 and grades 1-3, enjoy a program that appeals to their wide-ranging curiosity and desire to be helpful. They may earn Try-It badges for exploring and trying new things. Friendships, field trips, fun, community service projects, and selling Girl Scout Cookies are age-appropriate activities for Brownies.
Junior Girl Scouts, ages 8-11 and grades
3-6, focus on five areas: well-being, people, today and
tomorrow, arts, and out-of-doors. They discover "girl
power" by assuming responsibility and practicing leadership
skills as they try new activities. Junior Girl Scouts earn
badges and gain self-confidence as they explore the world
around them. Junior Girls Scouts can also earn the Bronze
Award.
